The staff were quite helpful. They provided a map with recommendations for local attractions. My room was large. It included a huge double bed, and it was very comfortable.
There was no soundproofing between rooms. I could hear other guests talking. The room did not include a fridge. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

charming Boutique Hotel Experience
friendly receptionist smooth handling beautiful design filtered water
During a taxi strike, the receptionist was friendly and helped us find an alternative. The staff handled an unusual heavy rain in june, which flooded the patio during breakfast hours, smoothly. The hotel's building design is beautiful. Tea and filtered water were available in common areas.
The temperature in my room was controlled by the front desk, not me. This meant i had to walk to the front desk to ask for adjustments. This was annoying, especially at night.

The staff provided really good support during unexpected travel disruptions. The 24-hour reception was helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The team promptly addressed any questions or concerns.

The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street and is close to everything. Many cafes, shops, sights, and a supermarket are just around the corner. The hotel is set in an easy to walk area.
